Black Pepper Honey
Ingredients
* Two cups of honey
* freshly ground black pepper, two tablespoons
* a dash of kosher salt
Instructions
* In a medium saucepan, add the honey and heat it until bubbles start to form around the pan's edges.
* Stir in the salt and pepper.
* Bring to a simmer, turn off the heat, and allow to totally cool.
* In a container that is airtight, store.
* refrigerated
*Although the honey doesn't need to be refrigerated, it should be consumed within a few weeks.
