Cooking Instructions
Special : The FDA advises the following minimum internal cooking temperatures to guarantee food safety:
Seafood 145°F, Ground Beef 160°F, Ground Turkey 165°F, Ground Pork 160°F, Steak and Pork 145°F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes), Chicken 165°F.
Chicken should be dried using a towel. With 1/4 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper, season both sides of the meat.
Use a big non-stick pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
The same procedures apply when grilling; heat grill to medium and coat with cooking spray.
02 ) Instruction for Ground Beef Burgers
We advise creating patties about 5" in diameter and coating both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper when making burgers with ground beef.
Use a big nonstick pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160 degrees.
The same procedures apply when grilling; heat grill to medium and coat with cooking spray.
03 ) Instructions for steak
Pat steaks dry. With 1/4 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper, season both sides of the meat.
Cook in a sizable nonstick pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 degrees.
