INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

* Add the necessary amounts of salt and water to the wheat flour. 
* Mix well 
The dough made from wheat is prepared.
* Create little balls out of the dough.
* Now shape it into a roti
* Spread the dough out on the hot Chappathi stone. Heat the opposite side as well after one to two minutes.
* Then place the partially baked roti over the flame and immediately heat both sides.
* The ready-to-eat Thava roti, often referred to as Phulka roti, can be served with any side dish.
* If necessary, you can also spread ghee, butter, or gingelly oil on this roti before serving it.
