Chili Cheese Pepper Bowl....
INGREDIENTS
* 2 Florida bell peppers
* 2 cups of chili
* 1/2 cup of crumbled Cheddar cheese, and chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
* Wash bell peppers, then cut them in half lengthwise.
* Scoop out the membranes and seeds.
* Place shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chili-filled pepper.
* Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until the cheese is melted.
* Serve!
