 Lean Chutney....


INGREDIENTS

* around 13 pounds of tomatoes (6 kg).                                                                              

  * around 6.5 lb (3 kg) of red and green peppers.                                                              

  * To taste, add salt                                                                                                               

* one bunch of parsley

  After cleaning, arrange the tomatoes in the tray. 35 minutes or so at 390°F (200°C) or until softened. Remove them and allow them to cool.

Wash and remove the seeds from the peppers. After roasting, suffocate them with a plastic bag. Cut the peel into pieces.

The tomatoes should be peeled, chopped, and added to the peppers. Add the finely chopped parsley and salt to taste.

Pour into tidy jars after thoroughly stirring. around 15 to 20 minutes after closing. You may also want to include a couple roasted chile peppers.

The products provided are merely examples. It's good to have more tomatoes than peppers, however I tend to eyeball it (2:1).
