Raw salad for lunch....


Recipe guidelines

1. Cut your tomato and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Put in a large bowl.

2. Half the avocado, please. Remove the avocado pit with care. Remove the avocado's flesh using a spoon. Cut the avocado meat into tiny pieces. To the bowl, add avocado.

3. Use a spoon to gently whisk all the ingredients together. To make their own dressing, the avocado (and tomato seeds/juice) will cover everything.

4. Eat right away after adding salt and pepper.
